About the Artwork: Standing at the mouth of the Black River on Lake Michigan, the South Haven Lighthouse is a beloved landmark that was first lit in 1872, guiding vessels for over 150 years.

She works to not simply capture the likeness of the location, but the spirit and mood of the place as well.
