1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using theartbin.com you agree to these Terms, Contributing Artist Terms, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These Terms form a contract between you and The Art Bin.
2. Services provided
The Art Bin operates an online marketplace where independent artists provide artwork and customers purchase print‑on‑demand (POD) products. We connect buyers to printed products; printing, fulfillment, and shipping are performed in-house or by third‑party POD partners.
3. Website Use & Content Rights
The Art Bin maintains this website for your personal purchases, entertainment, information, and education. The copyrights to all original content (including text, interfaces, images, look and feel, design, etc.) and original underlying code are proprietary to The Art Bin. You may not copy, reproduce, post, or re-use in any way any portion of this website. Names, logos, trademarks, domains, etc. may not be used by you without prior written consent by The Art Bin. You m ay not use other computer programs or tools (e.g., spiders, bots, etc.) to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of this website or to obtain content from it.
4. Accounts and eligibility
You must be 18 or older to register. Provide accurate contact, payment, and tax information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
5. Content rules and community standards
You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, pornographic, or otherwise prohibited. This includes any content that is considered by The Art Bin to have the potential to constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate the law. We enforce content and community rules and may remove or restrict content or suspend accounts for violations. Any content or material that you provide for upload, upload directly to, post, or otherwise transmit to the website will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything your transmit for use on the website may be edited by or on behalf of The Art Bin. While The Art Bin may review discussions, postings, etc. on this website, The Art Bin is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from content at such locations that may be erroneous, slander, obscene, profane, or otherwise offensive or illegal. The Art Bin assumes no responsibility or liability arising from your actions or any related third party’s actions on this website.
6. Intellectual property and takedown process
Contributing artists represent and warrant that they own or have the rights to the work that is offered for sale on the website. We maintain a takedown and counter‑notice process for IP complaints that conforms with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998. We will remove content on valid notices. Repeat infringers may be suspended or terminated.
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide a DMCA-compliant notice to info@theartbin.com. The notice must include all information required for a valid DMCA notice. Users that have received a DMCA-compliant notice may provide a counter notification that is also DMCA compliant. The Art Bin may terminate user accounts that have been the subject of five (5) separate DMCA notices. The Art Bin may also terminate user accounts that are subject to fewer than five (5) DMCA notices in appropriate circumstances (e.g., violating or willfully disregarding these or other website terms or policies).
7. Termination
At its sole discretion, The Art Bin may modify or discontinue the website or modify or terminate your account including your access to the website. Such actions may be made for any reason and with or without notice to you or any related third party.
8. Orders, fulfillment, and returns
Orders are forwarded to POD partners for production and shipping. Delivery times vary by product and destination. For damaged or defective items, contact us within 30 days with photos; we will review and arrange a reprint per our returns policy.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without representations or warranties of either kind, whether expressed or implied. Our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the purchase price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including damages caused by viruses or other forms of contamination or destruction that may affect your hardware, software, data, or other property.
The Art Bin, its parents, subsidiaries, service providers, licensors, officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from your use, browsing, use of links, or other activity on theartbin.com. By using this site you acknowledge that such use is at your own risk. You may have additional rights where certain laws don’t allow for limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages.
References to other websites, publications, products, or any other property not owned by The Art Bin or its parents or affiliates do not imply any endorsement of that property. The Art Bin has not reviewed all material linked to or by the website and is not responsible for such content. Link to external websites at your own risk.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold The Art Bin and its parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from claims arising from your use of this website.
11. Dispute resolution
Where permitted by law, disputes may be resolved by arbitration or other agreed methods; specific dispute procedures will be posted and may include an opt‑out where required by law.
12. Changes and termination
