If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies, Pixels, and Tracking Technologies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Marketing and Analytics Tracking
We use advanced third-party tracking technologies to measure website traffic, optimize your shopping experience, and serve targeted advertisements based on your browsing behavior. These include:
- Site Kit by Google & Google AdSense: Uses cookies to analyze site traffic and serve personalized ads based on your prior visits to our website or other sites across the internet.
- Meta Pixel: Tracks user behavior and store conversions resulting from Facebook and Instagram ads, allowing us to build tailored target audiences and deliver relevant marketing.
- Pinterest Tag & Pinterest for WooCommerce: Tracks page visits, product interactions, and conversions to measure the performance of our Pinterest marketing and deliver personalized content on Pinterest.
- Cart Abandonment for WooCommerce: Uses cookies to remember items placed in your shopping cart if you leave the checkout process before completing a purchase.
How to Opt Out: You can opt out of personalized third-party tracking and advertising at any time by visiting the Google Ads Settings, the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page, or by adjusting your privacy settings directly within your Meta and Pinterest account dashboards.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
What we collect and store
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: We’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed or sync with our advertising channels.
- Location, IP address and browser type: We’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping.
- Shipping address: We’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!
We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site. If you begin a checkout but do not complete the purchase, we collect your email address via Caret Abandonment for WooCommerce to send automated recovery reminders.
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
- Send you information about your account and order
- Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Set up your account for our store
- Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
- Improve our store offerings
- Send you marketing messages via email (Kit), if you choose to receive them
If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.
Payment, Tax, and Logistics Processing
- Payments: For payments with PayPal or Stripe: purchase total, currency, billing information.
- Taxes: The value of goods in the cart, the value of shipping, and destination address.
- Checkout rates: Destination address, purchased product IDs, dimensions, weight, and quantities.
- Shipping labels: Customer’s name, address as well as the dimensions, weight, and quantities of purchased products.
Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
We share information with third parties who help us fulfill orders, run our store, and manage marketing campaigns:
- Print Fulfillers: We share data with our third-party professional print labs who help us fulfill our orders. This information is limited to ordered product details, contact information, and shipping information and does not include payment information, passwords, or other sensitive data.
- Payment Processors: We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe. When processing payments, your data will be passed to the respective payment processor, including information required to process or support the payment. Please see the PayPal Privacy Policy and Stripe Privacy Policy for more details.
- Taxes and Shipping Vendors: For automated taxes, data is sent to TaxJar (see TaxJar’s Privacy Policy). For checkout rates and shipping labels, data is sent to carriers directly or via EasyPost. We store purchased shipping labels on our server to handle support requests. See more about what data Jetpack syncs.
- E-Commerce and Sales Partners: Through Google for WooCommerce, Site Kit, and Pinterest for WooCommerce, we share specific marketplace conversion and product data to synchronize our store inventory and track advertising performance on Google and Pinterest platforms.
- Email Marketing: If you subscribe to our updates or newsletters, your contact data is securely shared and managed through Kit (formerly ConvertKit).
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Who on our team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
State and International Privacy Provisions (Do Not Sell/Share)
Because we utilize tracking pixels and third-party advertising cookies (such as Meta and Pinterest tags), this configuration may be categorized as “selling” or “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising under various state privacy frameworks. You can exercise your right to restrict this tracking at any time by configuring your browser’s cookie blocking settings, using Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals, or utilizing the platform-specific opt-out links highlighted in our Cookies section.
Where your data is sent
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
How we protect your data
Security is something we take very seriously. Your data and our website security is maintained through a suite of tools that are regularly updated:
- Our website and server databases are backed up daily by our website host. In the case of file corruption, software update conflicts, or other issues, we can restore our site within minutes.
- Premium malware scanning, login security, firewall, support, and other site security measures are maintained through a premium paid service by one of the top ranked and most recommended WordPress security plugins.
- We employ and maintain an SSL certificate through our website host. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer and is an encryption security protocol that is critical for encrypting user data and securing payment processing transactions.
- Our website and plugins are kept up-to-date to ensure recently identified security vulnerabilities are solved as soon as developers are able to roll out new versions of WordPress and relevant plugins.
- User permissions are strictly regulated. Regular customers and member artists are able to create accounts but with only absolutely necessary permissions.
